Our Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, you may return most items within 14 days for a full refund less any promotional discounts and shipping charges (the greater of what was charged for outbound shipping on your order or our actual shipping cost).

After 14 days and up to 30 days we issue store credit.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in the case of damaged items.

What Items Can Be Returned?

We can only accept unused items for return that are in their original, unopened packaging. Yarn and thread may not be cut or unrolled and the wrapping label cannot be torn. We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for sale items, or any items that have been used, cut or altered. We also cannot accept returns on disposable items such as chalk or dyes.

What if Something is Damaged?

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us promptly so we can arrange for a replacement. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return postage of damaged or defective items.

For items that are damaged in transit by the shipping service, we will ask you to send us photographs of the damaged outside packaging as well as photos of the damage to the products themselves before authorizing a return. Please preserve the packaging until the return process is authorized and complete.

Can I Exchange an Item?

We do not offer exchanges for returned, unwanted, or mistakenly-ordered items. Please place a new order.

Is There a Restocking Fee?

We don't charge a standard restocking fee when you return items for any reason. However, we reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee for large orders or returns that require extensive effort on our part to complete.

Can You Get a Refund if You Forgot to Use a Coupon?

We are unable to retroactively apply coupons or discounts to your order.

Shipping Your Return

Returns are only accepted in their original and unopened condition. We may refuse delivery of returned damaged or opened items.

  • Pack the item(s) with care to prevent damage in shipment. Ensure that items are padded so they are not damaged in transit.
  • Include a copy of your order and/or packing slip, and a note with the reason for your return.
