Processing Times 

We aim to ship your order in 1-2 business days. Processing times might be longer during sales, holidays and at the beginning of the school year. If you are placing a large school or bulk order, please order as early as possible to allow extra time to ship your order.

International Shipping

We do not offer standard shipping for international orders because the expense is usually too high. Please contact us to discuss options. 

Local Pickup

Choose the free "Local Pickup" option to pick up orders at events that we are attending. Please contact us in advance to confirm that local pickup is available.

Address Requirements

Follow these guidelines to ensure your items are successfully delivered and on time:

• When using a PO Box, include both your PO Box number and the physical address.
• Put Apt, Suite, Unit or Floor numbers on the second street shipping line, especially if you have a long address/street name so it is not cut off on the label.
• Verify Puerto Rico addresses at usps.com to ensure they recognize they deliver to you and they recognize the address.
• Avoid putting delivery instructions ("Leave on back porch, and so on) in your address. Extraneous instructions can cause your address to not scan properly and it might be returned as undeliverable. Delivery instructions void delivery insurance, even if your package is scanned as delivered. You assume liability for non-delivery if you include special delivery instructions.

Incorrect Addresses

We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses provided in your order. We must pass on to you any costs to return or reship packages with incorrect or incomplete addresses.

We do not refund shipping on canceled, refused, or returned orders. Your merchandise refund may be reduced by the shipping cost.

If you are ordering gifts to be delivered to someone else, please double-check the recipient's address to avoid lost or undeliverable packages.

Tracking Numbers

All packages are sent with tracking. You will receive an email with your tracking number when your order ships. We recommend that you track your order's progress and contact the carrier or us if there are any issues.
